contexd is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides file management, AI chat, note-taking, task planning, quiz generation, and podcast creation tools. By using contexd, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use contexd.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to contexd. We do not claim any rights over your files, notes, or data. We access your content only to provide the service (e.g., processing files with AI models).
contexd costs $50/month and includes 5,000 credits. Credits are consumed by AI operations (chat, quiz generation, podcast creation, file analysis). Unused credits do not roll over. You can purchase additional credits if needed.
You may not use contexd to:
Content generated by AI (chat responses, quizzes, podcasts) is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. Third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic) may experience their own outages.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
contexd is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate AI output, or damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
